Store Management: Stores Status

The Store Status Management module allows users to manage and monitor the status of pallets or iTubes in storage, providing comprehensive functionality for viewing, filtering, and performing actions like checkouts.

Main Interface: #

1. Filter Options:
   • Filter by Section: Allows selection of specific sections or statuses.
   • Select Store: Dropdown to choose the specific store.
   • Select Product: Dropdown for product selection.
   • Search Button: Filters results based on the selected criteria.
2. Generate Static Report:
   • Generates a static report of the filtered results.
3. Store Status Table:
   • Displays the filtered list of pallets or iTubes.
   • Columns include:
     • # (Serial Number): The sequence number of the item.
     • Barcode: Unique identifier for each pallet or iTube.
     • Pallet/iTube Quantity: Displays the count of items in the pallet.
     • Actions:
       • First Action (Eye Icon): Opens a detailed view of the selected pallet or iTube, including raw material and barcode details.
       • Second Action (Checkout Icon): Allows for checking out the specific pallet or iTube.

Detailed View and Bulk Checkout: #

1. Detailed View (Eye Icon):
   • Clicking the eye icon opens a modal showing:
     • Barcode: Unique identifier.
     • Product Details: Description and type of the product.
     • Location: Current storage location.
2. Bulk Checkout:
   • Checkbox for each pallet or iTube enables selection for bulk operations.
   • A “Check-Out” Button appears at the top once one or more items are selected.
   • Bulk checkout allows multiple pallets or iTubes to be processed in a single action.
3. Modal for Bulk or Individual Checkouts:
   • Displays all selected pallets or iTubes.
   • Each item includes:
     • Barcode
     • Product
     • Location
   • Provides individual action buttons for detailed view or checkout for each pallet.

User Workflow: #

1. Filter Items:
   • Users select filters (section, store, product) and click “Search” to display relevant pallets or iTubes.
2. View Details:
   • Click on the eye icon in the “Action” column to view detailed information about a pallet or iTube.
3. Perform Checkout:
   • For single items:
     • Click the checkout icon for the specific item.
   • For multiple items:
     • Select checkboxes for desired items.
     • Click the “Check-Out” Button to process them in bulk.

This module provides users with a streamlined way to manage inventory, ensuring detailed visibility and efficient processing of pallets or iTubes.
