Check-In Workflow #
Purpose #
The Check-In feature records and registers raw material barcodes in specific storage locations. It integrates with the scanner system to generate orders and track inventory in real-time.
Steps for Check-In #
- Locate the Barcode:
- Navigate to the System Barcode section under Store Management.
- Identify the barcode to check in.
- Initiate Check-In:
- Click the Check-In Icon next to the barcode.
- A modal will appear prompting you to select the storage location (e.g., COLD-STORE-1) from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm the Check-In:
- Click the Check-In button to finalize the process.
- A scanner order is generated, which can be viewed under Store Management → Check-In.
Check-In Tracking: #
- Navigate to the Check-In section to review completed orders.
- Details include:
- Order Number
- Order Type (e.g., Raw)
- Location
- Order Status
- Order Date
- Pallet Quantity
- Use the View Icon to access pallet-level details such as:
- Pallet Number
- Scanner Status
- Scanned At (date and time)
Check-Out Workflow #
Purpose #
The Check-Out feature manages the transfer of raw materials or finished products from storage to production or external locations. It is integrated with the Store Status Management module to facilitate individual and bulk checkouts.
Steps for Check-Out #
From Store Status Management: #
- Filter Items:
- Navigate to the Store Status section under Store Management.
- Use the filters to narrow down the list of pallets or iTubes:
- Section: Select the desired storage section.
- Store: Choose the specific store.
- Product: Filter by product type.
- Click Search to display results.
- View Details:
- Click the Eye Icon in the Action column to view detailed information about a pallet or iTube, including:
- Barcode
- Product Details
- Location
- Click the Eye Icon in the Action column to view detailed information about a pallet or iTube, including:
- Perform Individual Check-Out:
- Click the Checkout Icon for the specific pallet or iTube.
- Perform Bulk Check-Out:
- Select the checkboxes for multiple pallets or iTubes.
- Click the Check-Out Button that appears at the top.
- A modal will display all selected items with their barcodes, products, and locations.
- Confirm the bulk checkout to process the selected items.
Check-Out Tracking: #
- Navigate to the Check-Out section to review completed orders.
- Details include:
- Order Number
- Type (e.g., Production)
- Target (e.g., To-Receiving)
- Status
- Date
- Pallet Quantity
- Use the View Icon to access pallet-level details such as:
- Pallet Number
- Scanner Status
- Scanned At (date and time)
