This guide outlines the comprehensive workflow for managing Sales Orders Plans effectively. The system ensures flexibility and efficiency in handling sales plans, their configurations, and associated actions.
1. Creating a Sales Orders Plan #
Purpose: #
To create a sales order plan for a specified duration with optional inclusion of weekends.
Steps: #
- Navigate to Sales Orders Plan > Add Sales Orders Plan.
- Enter the following details:
- Title: Provide a name for the sales plan.
- Number of Days: Define the plan’s duration.
- Start Date: Select the starting date for the plan.
- Prepared By: Specify the person responsible.
- Saturday/Sunday Included: Indicate whether weekends are included.
- Click Create Sales Order Plan.
Outcome: #
The system generates a plan with multiple dates based on the specified duration. If weekends are excluded, those dates will be skipped automatically.
2. Managing Each Plan #
After creating a plan, each day within the plan has specific actions:
- Add Sales Order:
- Initiate adding sales orders for the selected date.
- View All Sales Orders:
- Display all sales orders linked to the selected day.
- View Products List:
- Show the product details for all sales orders associated with the selected date.
- Move to Another Day:
- Shift the selected date’s orders to a different day.
3. Adding a Sales Order #
Purpose: #
To add sales orders to the plan for a specific day. Three configurations are available: B2B Orders, Home Orders, and Contract Orders. Multiple orders can be added within the same configuration using the + icon.
Configurations: #
- B2B Orders:
- Steps:
- Select the Order Type and Confirmed Order from the dropdown.
- Auto-filled details include the Shipping Address and Balance Quantity.
- Enter:
- Production Quantity (in pallets or kilograms).
- Order Priority.
- Use the + icon to add multiple B2B orders.
- Click Save Sale Order Schedule.

- Select the Order Type, Product Type, and Home Order.
- Enter:
- Product Code.
- Weight.
- Pallet Quantity.
- Use the + icon to add multiple home orders.
- Click Save Sale Order Schedule.

- Select the Contract Supplier, Product Type, and relevant Contract Order Products.
- Enter:
- Product Code.
- Weight.
- Quantity (in kilograms or pallets).
- Use the + icon to add multiple contract orders.

Adding Multiple Orders with the + Icon: #
- Purpose: Streamline the process of adding several orders without exiting the form.
- Steps:
- After entering details for the first order, click the + icon.
- A new row will appear for entering another order’s details.
- Repeat as needed to add multiple orders within the same date.
- Save all added orders at once by clicking Save Sale Order Schedule.
4. Checking Sales Order Status #
When adding a sales order, the first section allows for status verification:
- Store Status (Ready):
- View products that are ready in stock.
- Store Status (Raw):
- Check raw materials available.
- Raw Material Coming:
- View incoming raw materials with expected arrival dates and times.
- B2B Orders:
- Filter and review all B2B orders by status, client, or date.
5. Detailed Actions within a Plan #
Each day in the plan includes additional options for detailed actions:
- View All Sales Orders:
- Access a list of all orders scheduled for that day.
- View Products List:
- Display product details linked to the day’s orders.
- Move to Another Day:
- Reallocate sales orders from the selected day to a different one.
6. Notes and Best Practices #
- Always ensure that the Production Quantity does not exceed the available Balance Quantity.
- Utilize the + icon to manage multiple orders efficiently within the same configuration.
- Regularly verify Store Status and Raw Material Coming for accurate planning.
