The Receiving Module manages raw materials efficiently through Check-In, Status, and Check-Out stages, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and streamlined inventory management.
1. Check-In #
The Check-In section is the starting point for registering raw materials in the receiving area.
Workflow #
- Process Overview:
- Materials scanned out from the store or production area appear in the Check-In section.
- Details include:
- Check-In Ref No.
- Date
- Time
- Process (Pallets/iTubes)
- Status
- Action:
- Click the eye icon in the Action column to view order details.
- The View Order modal displays:
- Pallet Barcode
- Boxes
- Product Details
- Scanner Status
- Scanned At
- Scanner Check-In:
- Materials are physically scanned into the receiving area using a scanner.
- The status updates to Completed once all pallets/iTubes are scanned successfully.
2. Status #
The Status section provides a comprehensive overview of materials in the receiving area and allows for further processing.
Key Features #
- Filter Options:
- Section: Select the receiving section (e.g., Check-In, Status).
- Product: Filter by specific product types.
- Shipment No. and Check-In Ref No.: Search for specific orders.
- Click Search to display results.
- Status Table:
- Displays materials with details, including:
- Barcode
- Quantity
- Action
- Displays materials with details, including:

- Click the eye icon in the Action column to view details.
- The View Details modal includes:
- Barcode
- Date
- Time
- Product
- Processing Options:
- To Production: Sends materials to the production area.
- For frozen materials, this generates a receiving Check-Out order for the Defrosting Area.
- To Store: Sends materials back to the store.
- This generates a store Check-In order, where users first select a location and then scan materials to confirm check-in.
- To Production: Sends materials to the production area.
3. Check-Out #
The Check-Out section is for viewing and processing outgoing material orders from the receiving area.

- Displays outgoing orders with details:
- Check-In Ref No.
- Date
- Time
- Process (Pallets/iTubes)
- Status
- Status options:
- Processing: Order is in progress.
- Completed: Order has been fully processed.

- The View Order modal displays:

- Scanned At
- Scanner Check-Out:
- Actual Check-Out is performed via a scanner to ensure accuracy.
- Once scanned, the status updates to Completed.
- Processing After Check-Out:
- Frozen Materials:
- After check-out, an order is automatically generated for the Defrosting Area.
- Fresh Materials:
- After check-out, an order is generated for the Collecting Pool Area.
- Frozen Materials:
