2. Packing Checkout Process #
2.1 Checkout from Packing Store #
- The checkout process is initiated from the Packing Store.
- Materials are categorized into three types:
- Block Packing – Used for blocks and wax sheets.
- Vacuum Packing – Requires barcode tracking for each roll.
- Standard Packing – General packaging materials.
- The checkout process varies based on the material type:
- Non-Vacuum Orders (Block & Standard Packing): Checkout is based on pallets.
- Vacuum Orders: Checkout is based on individual rolls.
2.2 Order Types and Checkout Workflow #

Once checked out, the materials will be scanned via barcode and transferred to their respective production sections.

4. Scanner-Based Integration #
- Materials are scanned upon check-in to ensure accurate tracking.
- Each scanned item is automatically added to the respective section’s status panel.
- Scanned barcodes update the inventory in real-time.
5. Real-Time Status Tracking #

- Once checked in, materials automatically appear in the Status section.
- The system records total quantity, used quantity, balance, and last update date.
