Packing Accessories Guideline

Accessories List #

• Purpose: Displays all added accessories with their respective details.
• Fields in Display:
  1. Code: Unique identifier for the accessory.
  2. Name: Name of the accessory.
  3. Weight: Weight of the accessory (in grams).
  4. Length: Length of the accessory.
  5. Size: Dimensions (Width x Height).
  6. Actions: Options to edit or delete the accessory.
• Actions Available:
  1. Edit: Modify an existing accessory.
  2. Delete: Remove an accessory.

Adding Accessories #

• Purpose: Add new accessories to the list.
• Fields:
  1. Accessories Name: Input field to enter the accessory’s name.
  2. Accessories Weight: Input field for weight of the accessory (in grams).
     • Unit Options: Dropdown for selecting the unit.
  3. Accessories Dimensions:
     • Length, Width, Height: Input fields for dimensions with respective unit selection.
  4. Actual: Dropdown with options:
     • Yes
     • No
  5. Type: Dropdown with options:
     • Standard: No additional input needed.
     • Special: Requires selecting the client and associated products.
  6. Choose Clients: Dropdown to select clients (active when “Special” is chosen in Type).
  7. Products: Dropdown to link the accessory to specific products (if Special type).
  8. Critical Quantity: Input field to define a critical stock level for the accessory.
  9. Calculation By: Dropdown with options:
     • Weight
     • Unit
  10. Cost Per Unit / Per 50 grams (Tape/Film): Input field for defining the cost.
• Action:
  • Add Accessories: Button to save the accessory details.
