Material List View #
Fields Overview: #
- Code: Unique code assigned to each material.
- Name: The name of the material (e.g., “Cardboard Box 5kg”).
- Weight: The weight of the material in grams (e.g., “240gr”).
- Length: The length of the material in mm (e.g., “384mm”).
- Size:
- Includes the dimensions of the material: Width (W), Height (H).
- Example: “W: 254mm H: 110mm”.
- Category: Category of the material (e.g., “Carton Boxes,” “Styro Foam”).
- Client:
- Options: Standard or selected client if the type is Special.
- Actions:
- Edit: Opens the material in the respective screen (Screen-2 or Screen-3) for editing.
- Delete: Removes the material from the list.
Scenario-1 : For Non-Vacuum Film Categories #
Fields Overview: #
- Material Name: Enter the name of the material.
- Material Weight:
- Input the weight in grams.
- Select the appropriate unit.
- Category: The selected category (e.g., Styro Foam, Carton Boxes) will auto-populate.
- Material Dimensions:
- Input Length, Width, Height, and their respective units.
- Material Capacity:
- Specify the capacity.
- Select the unit.
- Type:
- Standard: No further action.
- Special:
- Select the Client.
- Select the associated Products.
- Calculation By:
- Options: Weight or Unit.
- Critical Quantity: Enter the minimum quantity threshold for alerts.
- Cost per Unit: Specify the price for one unit.
- Actual:
- Options: Yes or No.
Scenario–2: For Vacuum Film Category #
Fields Overview: #
- Material Name: Enter the name of the vacuum film material.
- Material Thickness:
- Specify the thickness.
- Select the unit.
- Category: This will be automatically set to “Vacuum Film.”
- Material Dimensions:
- Input Width and select its unit.
- Type:
- Standard: No further action.
- Special:
- Select the Client.
- Select the associated Products.
- Calculation By:
- Options: Weight or Unit.
- Critical Quantity: Define the minimum quantity for alerts.
- Cost per Unit: Specify the price for one unit.
- Actual:
- Options: Yes or No.

- Use Scenario-2.
- Requires Thickness instead of full dimensions (Length, Height).
