The Product Modules section allows administrators to organize and manage product-related information using Categories and Sub-Categories. Each module is customizable and can be expanded based on business requirements.
1. Managing Categories #
Categories are used to group products under broad classifications.
Steps to View and Manage Categories: #
- Navigate to the Categories tab within the Product Modules section.
- The table displays the category name and available actions.
Available Actions: #
- Edit a Category:
- Click the Edit button (pencil icon) to modify the category name.
- Delete a Category:
- Click the Delete button (trash icon) to remove the category.
Adding a Category: #
- Click the Add Category button.
- Enter the category name in the input field.
- Click Save to create the new category.
2. Managing Sub-Categories #
Sub-Categories provide a more detailed classification under categories.
Steps to View and Manage Sub-Categories: #
- Navigate to the Sub Categories tab within the Product Modules section.
- The table displays the sub-category name and available actions.
Available Actions: #
- Edit a Sub-Category:
- Click the Edit button (pencil icon) to update the sub-category details.
- Delete a Sub-Category:
- Click the Delete button (trash icon) to remove the sub-category.
Adding a Sub-Category: #
- Click the Add Sub-Category button.
- Select the Parent Category from the dropdown list.
- Enter the sub-category name in the input field.
- Click Save to create the new sub-category.

- Use clear and concise names for categories and sub-categories to avoid confusion.
