1. Starting Production #
- Navigate to Live Production > Factory Production.
- To begin production:
- Click the Start Button. The system will:
- Automatically initiate raw material production.
- Display a timestamp indicating the start time.
- Click the Start Button. The system will:
- The status will update to Process Started.
2. Managing Raw Material Production #
- If new raw materials need to be processed during the day:
- Navigate to Live Production > Raw Material Production.
- Click End Batch to conclude the current batch.
- Click Start to initiate a new raw material batch.
- The system will:
- Record the start and end times for each batch.
- Allow for smooth transitions between raw material batches.
3. Ending the Day’s Production #
- At the end of the production day:
- Navigate to Live Production > Factory Production.
- Click the Stop Button. This will:
- Automatically end raw material production.
- Mark the production process as completed for the day.
- The system will update the status to Process Stopped and log the end time.
Key Functionalities #
Batch Transition #
- Ensures seamless transitions between batches for raw material and factory production.
- Requires explicit ending of the current batch before starting a new one to maintain workflow accuracy.
Automation #
- Starting factory production automatically initiates raw material production.
- Stopping factory production automatically concludes raw material production.
Real-Time Monitoring #
- Displays the current status (e.g., “Process Started” or “Process Stopped”).
- Provides timestamps for start and end times of production activities.
Example Scenario #
- Starting Production:
- Click Start at 8:00 AM to begin factory and raw material production.
- Transitioning Batches:
- At 11:00 AM, click End Batch in raw material production.
- Start a new raw material batch at 11:10 AM.
- Ending Production:
- At 5:00 PM, click Stop in factory production to end the day’s processes.
