Note #
Before initiating the Fresh Recod process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- Vacuum Film Availability:
Ensure sufficient vacuum film quantity is available in the Production And Processing > Vacuum > Check In section. - Operational Production Line:
The vacuum role must be loaded into the vacuum line to make the production line operational in Production And Processing > Vacuum > Vacuum Controls section

Steps for Fresh Record Workflow #
1. Adding a Pallet #
Navigate to Production And Processing > Fresh Record and fill in the required fields in the Add Pallet section:
- Basket Size:
- Select the appropriate size:
- Small (48 pieces capacity)
- Large (60 pieces capacity)
- Select the appropriate size:
- Processing Line:
- Choose one of the available production lines. The system will automatically deduct from the running batch on the selected line.
- Select Product:
- If associated with a sales order, the product list will display items from the sales order.
- For products without a sales order, select Home Order to access the list of vacuum-packed products.
- Physical Pallet:
- Choose Yes or No to include pallet weight in the total weight calculation during check-in and checkout.
- Add Pallet:
- Click the Add Pallet button. The newly added pallet will appear in the Pallet List.
2. Updating Pallet Status #
Once the pallet is added, the following status updates occur:
- Open Status:
- The initial status of a pallet is Open, meaning modifications are still allowed (e.g., updating quantity).
- Updating Quantity:
- If necessary, update the pallet quantity before closing.
- Click the Edit Icon (pencil) in the Quantity Column to enter the correct amount.
- Close Pallet:
- Once the pallet is ready for transfer, the Status Column must be updated to Closed.
- Important: After the status is Closed, no further modifications can be made to the pallet.
3. Sending to Packing Area (Checkout from Production Area) #
Once the pallet status is Closed, an action button appears to Send to Packing Area:
- Clicking “Send to Packing Area”:
- The pallet is moved from the Production Area to the Packing Area.
- This step acts as a Checkout from Production and makes the pallet available in Live Production > Fresh > Check Out Material.

- Fresh Record workflow starts with adding a pallet and defining basket size, processing line, and product details.
- Status is Open initially, allowing modifications, before closing the pallet.
- Once Closed, an action button appears to Send to Packing Area (Checkout from Production).
- After transfer, the pallet becomes available in the Packing Area.
- Final checkout is required, selecting location and weight, before the pallet becomes available in Live Production > Fresh > Check Out Material.
