The Fresh Product section efficiently manages sales orders, covering all aspects of production, packaging, and storage. The workflow is divided into multiple sections: Production, Outdoor/Indoor, Check-Out Material, and Check-In, ensuring smooth operations.
Sections Overview #
1. Production #
- Displays all incoming Sales or Home Orders ready for processing.
- Orders must be assigned to a specific location:
- Outdoor: For immediate processing or larger storage requirements.
- Indoor: For items requiring specialized or closer storage.
- Orders are moved to the selected location for further operations.
2. Outdoor/Indoor #
- Once the location is assigned, orders will appear in the respective section (Outdoor or Indoor).
- Allows Add Pallet actions to begin production or packaging workflows.
3. Check-Out Material #
- Displays materials checked out from the Fresh Product section, including:
- Total Baskets: Total baskets available in the pallet.
- Used Baskets: Baskets consumed in production or packaging.
- Balance Baskets: Remaining baskets available for future use.
Sales/Home Order Workflow #
Step 1: Production #
- All incoming orders are listed in the Production section.
- Assign the order to Outdoor or Indoor based on processing requirements:
- Use the Move to Packing Area button.
- A popup will prompt you to select the packing area.
Step 2: Add Pallet #
- After assigning the location, the system automatically creates a pallet.
- Confirm packaging materials are available in the Packing Material section.
- Confirm products are available in the Check-Out Material section.
- Update the quantity:
- Select a pallet previously checked out and checked in.
- Choose the specific basket from the pallet.
- Indicate whether the quantity update is:
- Full: Entire basket content is used.
- Partial: Specify the exact quantity used.
Actions for Each Pallet #
1. Traceability #
- View detailed information about the pallet’s source and production history.
2. Update Weight #
- Adjust weights (Gross and Net) to account for packaging and product-specific variations.
3. Checkout #
- Finalize pallet preparation:
- If the product is fresh and needs immediate processing, it is moved to the Cold Store.
- Alternatively, move the pallet to the store for dispatch.
4. Print Label #
- Generate product and pallet-specific labels.
5. Packaging Details #
- Review packaging materials used for the pallet.

Order Details #
For each sales order, the following details are displayed:
Product Details #
- Product Code: (e.g., 010614/V1)
- Product Name: (e.g., Fresh Atlantic Cod Fillet)
- Weight Range: (e.g., 130-226 gr)
Order Details #
- Sales Order Reference: (e.g., HSO-2025-01-0000001)
- Priority: Indicates the urgency of the order.
- Total Quantity: (e.g., 663.12 KG)
Production Details #
- Pallet Quantity: Total number of pallets created.
- Production Quantity: Total weight (KG) processed.
Checkout Material #
This section displays all materials currently checked out of the Fresh Product section.
- Pallet Details:
- Total Baskets: Number of baskets on the pallet.
- Used Baskets: Number of baskets utilized for production.
- Balance Baskets: Remaining baskets available for production.
Packing Material Management #
1. Packing Material #
- Includes essential packaging materials like block sheets, boxes, trays, etc..
2. Packing Accessories #
- Adhesive tapes, stretch films, and other supplementary items required for packaging.
