Overview #
The Collecting Pool module is designed to streamline the process of managing materials for production. This module covers check-in, tracking, reserving pallets, and initiating production based on material types and quantities, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
Steps for Collecting Pool Workflow #
1. Starting Production #
If production is not started yet, the system will display the message:
“Production is not started yet. Start the production to proceed.”
To start production, refer to the Live Production Workflow Guide. Production must be started in the Live Production module before any operations in the collecting pool.
2. Material Check-In #
- Navigate to the Collecting Pool > Check-In section.
- Review the Check-In Table, which displays:
- Check-In Ref No.: Unique reference number for the check-in.
- Date and Time: Timestamp of the check-in.
- Total Quantity / Balance: Tracks quantity checked in and remaining balance.
- Status: Indicates the status (e.g., Completed).
- Actions: Includes options to view details or reserve the material.
- Click the View Icon in the Actions column to access detailed order information:
- Pallet Barcode: Unique identifier for the material.
- Boxes/Blocks: Quantity of the material.
- Product: Description of the product.
- Scanner Status: Indicates whether the material has been scanned.
- Scanned At: Timestamp of the scanning.
3. Reserve Process #
- Navigate to the Reserve Order modal by clicking the Reserve Icon in the Actions column.
- The table displays:
- Barcode: Unique identifier for each batch.
- Boxes/Blocks: Quantity available for reservation.
- Action: Use the Check Icon to reserve the material for the next day’s production.
- Once a pallet is reserved, it will not appear in the Production Process pallet list for the current day.
- Confirm the reservation to allocate the material for future production.
4. Production Process #
- Navigate to the Production Process modal to track materials.
- The table displays:
- Pallet Barcode: Unique identifier for the batch.
- Boxes: Total quantity of boxes.
- Balance: Remaining quantity after production.
- Actions: Use the Check Icon to proceed with production for individual pallets.
5. Starting Material in Production #
Depending on the material type, the workflow varies:
- Foam Box or Blue Containers:
- The system will prompt a modal to enter the Box Quantity or Block Quantity.
- Enter the required quantity and click Start Production to push the material into production.
- iTube Material:
- For materials in iTubes, no modal appears. Clicking the Check Icon directly pushes the iTube material into production.
6. History and Tracking #
Access the History Tab to review all completed operations, including:
- Material check-ins.
- Production start and completion logs.
- Reserved and processed material records.
