The Plate Freezer section allows users to manage and prepare sales orders efficiently. The workflow is divided into Open Orders and Today Orders sections to distinguish between ongoing and current-day operations.
Open Orders and Today Orders #
- Open Orders: Displays all pending orders from previous dates that are not yet completed or closed.
- Today Orders: Displays sales orders scheduled for the current day.
For each sale order, the following data is displayed:
- Product Details:
- Product Code (e.g.,
010614/V1) - Product Name (e.g.,
COD ATLANTIC WILD CAUGHT PORTION) - Product Weight Range (e.g.,
130-226 gr)
- Product Code (e.g.,
- Order Details:
- Sales Order Reference (e.g.,
PSO-12-24-000001) - Priority of the Sales Order
- Total Sales Order Quantity (e.g.,
663.12 M)
- Sales Order Reference (e.g.,
- Production Details:
- Pallet Quantity
- Production Quantity (in KG)
- Packing/Shipment Order Details, if applicable.
Actions for Each Sales Order #
- Add Pallet:
- Before adding a pallet, confirm packing material availability under the “Packing Material” section.
- Assign a pallet code and specify block quantity.
- Update Quantity: Input pallet quantity (must be more than
0). - Once a valid quantity is entered, weight update and checkout options will appear.
- Close Production:
- Finalizes production for the sales order.
- New pallets cannot be added unless the previous pallet is closed.
- Auto-close functionality activates when no open pallets remain.
Displayed Data for Each Pallet #
Each pallet displays the following details:
- Pallet Code: A unique identifier for the pallet (e.g.,
070225PL010101). - Block Quantity: Number of blocks/units in the pallet.
- Gross Weight: Total weight including packaging.
- Net Weight: Product weight excluding packaging.
- Status: Indicates if the pallet is
OpenorClosed.
Actions for Pallet Management #
For each pallet, the following actions are available:
- Traceability: Review the source and details of the pallet.
- Update Weight:
- Specify gross and net weights by excluding packaging and pallet weights.
- Checkout:
- Finalize the pallet preparation and move it to the store.
- Print Label:
- Generate a label with product and pallet details.
- Product Label:
- Generate a detailed label specific to the product.
- Packaging Details:
- View packaging materials used for the pallet.
Checkout Workflow #
Checkout transfers the pallet to the store. This step finalizes the pallet preparation, ensuring:
- All weights are updated.
- The pallet status is closed.
Packing Material Management #
Before adding pallets, ensure the necessary packing materials are available:
- Packing Material:
- Includes block sheets, boxes, or relevant items.
- Packing Accessories:
- Adhesive tapes, stretch films, and other supporting materials.
This workflow ensures seamless sales order management, reducing errors and improving traceability throughout the production process.
