1. Registering New Material (System Barcode Generation) #

- Generate System Barcode:
- Navigate to System Barcode Module.
- Click Generate System Barcode.
- Enter required details:
- Total Shipment Weight
- Document Type & Product Type
- Click Generate to create a unique barcode.
- Generate Sub Barcode :
📌 Reference:Sub Barcode Management Guidelines- Select a System Barcode and click the “+” button.
- Enter details such as:
- Product Type
- Supplier
- Invoice Number
- Save to generate sub-barcodes.
- Upload Supporting Documents:
- Attach necessary files for barcodes/sub-barcodes for compliance.
- Mark Shipment as Complete (Finalizing Process):
- Once all materials are checked in, click ✔ Mark as Complete.
- Shipment is now fully processed.
2. Check-In to Store #

- Step 1: Locate Barcode for Check-In
- Navigate to Store Management > Check-In Section.
- Select the barcode for incoming material.
- Step 2: Assign Storage Location
- Click Check-In and choose the appropriate storage location:
- Cold Store
- Warehouse
- Confirm Check-In to register material into inventory.
- Click Check-In and choose the appropriate storage location:
- Step 3: Automated Scanner Order Generation
- System automatically generates a scanner order.
- Step 4: Tracking Checked-In Items
- Review all Checked-In materials under Check-In History.
3. Check-Out from Store #

- Step 1: Locate Items for Check-Out
- Navigate to Store Management > Check-Out Section.
- Use filters to locate pallets based on:
- Store Location
- Product Type
- Step 2: Perform Check-Out Action
- Individual Check-Out: Click checkout for a single pallet.
- Bulk Check-Out: Select multiple pallets and click Check-Out.
- Step 3: Confirm Transfer
- A modal appears displaying:
- Barcode
- Product Details
- Location
- Confirm transfer of materials to production or dispatch.

- View all checked-out materials under Check-Out History.

- Details (More information on order)
