System Barcode Management #
- Generate System Barcode
- Click on the “Generate System Barcode” button to open a modal.
- Fields in Modal:
- Order Ref: Enter the order number.
- Invoice Number: Enter the invoice number.
- Supplier: Select the supplier from the dropdown.
- After filling in the details, click Generate to create a system barcode.
- Actions on System Barcode
- Upload Document:
- Click the upload icon to open a modal.
- Fields in Modal:
- Document Name: Select the document type.
- Upload Documents: Choose the file to upload.
- Click Upload to save the document.
- Generate Sub Barcode:
- Click the “+” icon to generate sub-barcodes (see details below).
- Mark as Complete:
- Once all sub-barcodes are checked in and no material is pending, click the checkmark icon to mark the barcode as complete.

Sub Barcode Management #
- Generate Sub Barcode
- Click on the “+” icon on a system barcode to open the “Generate Sub Barcode” modal.
- Fields in Modal:
- Product: Select the product.
- Pallet Quantity: For each pallet (e.g., Pallet 1, Pallet 2), specify the quantity.
- Vacuum Product-Specific:
- For vacuum products, specify the roll length for each pallet’s rolls.
- Click Generate to create sub-barcodes.
- Sub Barcode Actions
- Check-In:
- Click the checkmark icon to open a modal for selecting a check-in location.
- Fields in Modal:
- Check-In Location: Select the location where the product is checked in.
- Click Check In to complete the action.
- Print Pallet Label:
- Click the print icon to generate and print pallet labels.
- For vacuum products, print individual roll labels as well.
- View Details:
- Click the list icon to view details of the sub-barcode.
- For non-vacuum products, the list will display pallet numbers, products, and quantities.
- For vacuum products, the details will include individual roll labels.
- Check-In:
Barcode and Sub Barcode Print Details #
- Non-Vacuum Products:
- Sub-barcodes will display a list of pallets with their respective quantities.
- Print pallet labels for each pallet.
- Vacuum Products:
- Each pallet label will include roll details (e.g., roll length).
- Print both pallet and roll labels before proceeding to check-in.
Workflow Summary #
- System Barcode Generation:
- Fill the required fields and generate a system barcode.
- Sub Barcode Generation:
- For non-vacuum products, specify pallet quantities.
- For vacuum products, specify pallet quantities and roll lengths.
- Action on Sub Barcodes:
- Print pallet and roll labels.
- Check in the product by selecting the location.
- Mark as Complete:
- Ensure all sub-barcodes are checked in and no material is pending before marking the system barcode as complete.
